Academics

The Enrollments for this class starts from every November & December and the new session for this class commences from January 01 of every year. The age of the child at this level must be 3 years+. The 2nd Enrollment for this class is in July & August during the summer vacations and session resumes on 1st September each year. The age of the child at this level must be close to 4 years.

The Enrollment for this class for the out side students startes in February and March every year. The new session of the KG – J commence arround 10th of April every year.  The age of the student must be 5 years at this level. An oral and written student evaluation is conducted before the admission and grade placement.

The age of the student must be near to 6 years at this level. An oral and written student evaluation is conducted before the admission and grade placement to ensure the student suitability in the said grade.

• Grade – 1 to Grade – 5 (Primary Schooling)
• All the academic examinations, evaluations and assessment for the student’s literacy development are designed/prepared and conducted with in the house and successful students showing excellence to sufficient level of academic performance are promoted to the next grade on annual promotion bases in the month of March and April each year.
• Grade – 6 to Grade – 8 (Elementary Schooling)
• Again at these levels of grades, all the academic examinations, evaluations and assessment for the student’s literacy development are designed/prepared and conducted with in the house and successful students showing excellence to sufficient level of academic performance are promoted to the next grade on annual promotion bases in the month of March and April each year.
• Grade – 9 (Secondary Schooling) Annual examination is being conducted by the Board Of Intermediate & Secondary school Education in the month of May each year and students are being awarded 9th class result intimation card after successfully passing the exam. The Chenab School (Boys & Girls) is affiliated/recognized with the BISE Gujranwala.
• Grade – 10 (Secondary Schooling) After the 9th class examination students are automatically elevated/promoted to the Year 10 class and again an annual examination is being conducted by the Board Of Intermediate & Secondary school Education in the month of March each year and students are being awarded 10th class result intimation card after successfully passing the exam.
• This certificate of secondary school makes them to be eligible to seek admissions in higher secondary school certificate at college level.
